At Dawnora, we aim to provide high-quality kidswear that meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused and unwashed
- The item is in original condition with tags attached
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Used or worn items
- Washed or damaged products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Change of mind after use
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Wrong size delivered
- Defective or damaged item
- Incorrect product received
Exchange Process:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Share order details and product images
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in specific cases:
- Product is out of stock after order
- Item is defective and replacement is not available
Important:
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
5. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side (wrong or defective product)
- In case of our mistake, Dawnora will cover the delivery cost
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear pictures as proof
- We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly
7. Important Notes
- Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings
- Minor stitching variations are normal due to handmade production
