At Dawnora, we aim to provide high-quality kidswear that meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused and unwashed
  • The item is in original condition with tags attached
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Used or worn items
  • Washed or damaged products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Change of mind after use

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Defective or damaged item
  • Incorrect product received

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share order details and product images
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in specific cases:

  • Product is out of stock after order
  • Item is defective and replacement is not available

Important:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side (wrong or defective product)
  • In case of our mistake, Dawnora will cover the delivery cost

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear pictures as proof
  • We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly

7. Important Notes

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings
  • Minor stitching variations are normal due to handmade production
